ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed with Family Island Trading are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Family Island Trading provides local delivery across the Family Islands, including Eleuthera and surrounding areas.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Order size and product availability

  • Delivery location

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation schedules

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated after order confirmation where applicable. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Delivery method

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated separately for large wholesale orders.


WHOLESALE & BULK ORDERS

For large wholesale or bulk orders, delivery arrangements, timelines, and fees may be customized.

PERISHABLE GOODS

Due to the nature of perishable food and beverage items, customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

Family Island Trading is not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by delays due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery details, or refusal of delivery.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue.
